Healthcare Whistleblowing Roundtable
Is it possible to speak your truth without getting your head lopped off?
This Tues, 2/28/2023 at 7pm EST, Whistleblowers of America is hosting a roundtable on Whistleblowing in Healthcare. And I'm pleased to be one of the three healthcare whistleblowers who'll briefly share their experience, offer some survival strategy tips, and hear from participants about their experiences.

There are increasingly many health care clinicians who have raised concerns and experienced harsh retaliation. And as one who’s intimately familiar with the whistleblower journey, both his own and speaking at length with scores of others, I know that for most, the ordeal is arduous if not also career and even life-threatening.
I had no idea the Twilight Zone journey I’d naively undertaken.
There is no one right answer as to whether one should blow the whistle, or how best to speak one’s truth and live with fidelity to one’s values. But there are ways to reflect on the pathway you’re considering and ways to thoughtfully prepare for the difficult journey.
There'll be opportunity for some Q&A and hopefully from there some ongoing dialog as we learn from each other and support one another in our unique and at times overpowering journeys.
Hope you'll join us.
